SERVICES AND PRICES

We accompany our clients for viewing when buying and / or renting a property.

1. Intermediation in the sale of real estate - 3% of the sale price for a property in Sofia and 5% for a property outside Sofia, but not less than 800 EUR, payable by the seller of the property;

2. Mediation for the purchase of a real estate - 3% of the purchase price for a property in Sofia and 5% for a property outside Sofia, but not less than 800 euro, payable by the buyer of the property;

3. Mediation in the establishment of right to build on real estate - 4 euro / sq.m. of the future building payable by the represented party;

4. Intermediation in rental of real estate - 50% of one monthly rent, payable by the owner of the property;

5. Mediation in the rental of real estate - 50 to 100% of one monthly rent, payable by the tenant of the property;

6. Real estate management - 15% of each monthly rent, payable by the owner of the property;

7. Servicing of real estate transactions (verification of ownership documents, preparation of preliminary contract, organization of notarial certification and payment assistance) - 1.5% of the sale price of the property;

8. We assist in providing all required documents related to the transaction of a notary and registration of the property in Bulgaria - 1.5% of the sale price of the property

9. Property inspection, property documents review and market price consultation - free of charge upon signing a brokerage contract;

10. Written expert assessment of real estate - negotiable.

11. Full consultancy and documentary services (in all state and municipal structures) on status, building opportunities, commercial activity, office needs, etc. real estate (including non-built-up) - subject to negotiation according to the volume and type of the order.

12. Complete architectural, interior, exterior service - negotiable according to the volume and type of the order.
